Hi, I've seen several posts of similar cases getting resolved and would like some help as well. I've gone round in circles with the contact centre people and never got anywhere. I returned my Hybrid connect device when my broadband line finally got connected. I used the included postage label in the packing kit and dropped it off at the local post office. They gave me a receipt but it is long lost since I sent it back in April. I am now told I will be charged for not sending back the device. Of course I sent it back. It is unfair royal mail can lose a parcel or BT can not process a return if it did arrive, but I cannot lose a small piece of paper? I am deathly scared of returning the wifi device then going through this again when I leave BT now. PLEASE HELP.
