Error on BT Website Security Questions when trying set up as account manager or owner

The Board above is the nearest I can find. Problem is MyBT and BT ID it is too complicated and will require a lot of personal information that I would not want to share here. I am hoping therefore that a Mod could email me then I can reply with the details. I have been trying on and off for a few months and nothing seem to work.
