BT Rewards Card

I have recently switched to BT and have been sent a link for a rewards card but when I go on my account there is no link to claim? Can someone advise please?

Welcome and thanks for posting!

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. When did your services go live? You'll be able to claim for the reward card 14 days after service activation.

Hi, I have waited and I still haven’t received the card, do I access it through my account?
