    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to add / activate my 12 month Xbox free game pass offer under the products section in my account but it keeps telling me the service is under “maintenance”?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me add / activate the offer?       <description>&lt;P&gt;numerous posts like yours using search&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when was activation date?&amp;nbsp; you need to wait at least until the 14 day cooling off period has passed and then try and access MYBT using pc/laptop not app and look for content partners&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok thank you. I can see the xbox ultimate game pass in my products but everytime i try to activate it it says ‘under maintenance’. My broadband was upgraded last Friday 20th July, so maybe i’ll try again after 14 days……..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
