I have 4 BT email addresses. A couple of days ago I received the email from BT saying Cloud was being discontinued and to remove anything I wanted to save. I manage my emails on Thunderbird so that I don't have to mess around with 5 different passwords to read them. I tried logging into my BTID account but must have used the wrong pass so I changed it but still can't get in.

Now it seems as though I've messed up completely because I can't get into my main email via Thunderbird or log into my BT account. I'm sorry but I haven't a clue what I've done wrong and have spent 2 days trying to sort out the mess I've made. Any advice please?
