      <title>Cannot view bill online &amp; Prise promise for recent order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this message finds you well.&lt;BR /&gt;It would be appreciated if any Moderator can help:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I tried to login MyBT to view the bill, I kept receiving this error as below screenshot. &lt;U&gt;I don't have any EE product.&lt;/U&gt; My bill should be ready as I received a payment due message, but I cannot view the bill online. Please could you help investigate and advise?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="lightkns_0-1721988004535.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85058i39FD0E84828B6A5A/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="lightkns_0-1721988004535.png" alt="lightkns_0-1721988004535.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly, I've just upgarded my boardband to&amp;nbsp;Full Fibre 900 for 24 months&amp;nbsp;effective from 05/07/2024. The monthly charge of this upgrade is&amp;nbsp;£49.99.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Three weeks later today, however, I notice that the current price for the&amp;nbsp;Full Fibre 900 is only&amp;nbsp;£44.99. I am surprised to see the price has decreased by&amp;nbsp;£5 and wondering if there's any "price promise" terms : you won't pay more than a new customer if you just ordered your product recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I compared the package of mine and the current one with&amp;nbsp;£44.99, all the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be much appreciated if any of the BT team can PM and discuss the price of my recent order.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you so much &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you ever receive any help? I have downloaded the my bt app and still can’t see my bill even though I receive an email every month telling me I can view it online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
