    <description>&lt;P&gt;Over recent weeks, when my husband accesses the BT dashboard, there is a message above the options which reads, "Sorry, as your BT broadband is ending, your email will also end and advises him to contact BT.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our broadband contract actually ends in April 2026&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please could someone help with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sandra&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT broadband and email doesn't end unless you cancel. A fixed term contract simply changes to a rolling monthly contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you receive a ' sorry to see you are leaving' email?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried calling BT Customer Services 0330.1234.150 and ask them why he is receiving this message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They should be able to explain and if needed rectify the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
