    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to redeem the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 Months subscription on my new 900 24 month package but every time I go through the process it states that:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H4&gt;We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;P&gt;The number above does not mention anything about the offer and option 2 is a sports deal package so not sure why it is telling me to call the number. The link URL is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/xbox-error" target="_blank"&gt;https://my.bt.com/s/apps/appsmybt/#/xbox-error&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never previously redeemed this offer from BT so unsure why I cannot redeem this now. Any help on this would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
