    <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now well outside of the cooling off period and I am still unable to redeem the Gamepass Ultimate offer that came with the order I signed up to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The website directs to me Consumer Support but when speaking to the people they seem to know little to nothing about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone here able to offer any advice or guidance on how to get this offer redeemed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
