Since then I have contacted BT phone support twice earlier in the year who told me they have released my microsoft account back to Microsoft and to give it a month, but on my XBox account it says it is still managed by BT 6 months later. If I log into my BT account I cannot see my Xbox gamepass control page, its gone, it vanished once I cancelled the gamepass renewal. I am currently unable to buy anything on my xbox account as it isn't controlled by Microsoft.
