    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello marnold007&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I too had a similar problem activating the Xbox ultimate game pass offer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an online banner message in red on the screen ' We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got through to a very helpful agent who took down my details and completed an online form for the attention of the BT /Xbox team. Within 4 working days I&amp;nbsp; received an email from email.offline.bt.com&amp;nbsp;with the activation code and it worked first time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note you have 30 days in order to activate the code and you need to be signed on to the correct Windows account when redeeming the code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;J&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when you renewed your contract dsid you also upgrade to 500/900 package?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;has the 14 cooling off expired since new contract activation date?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;are you using pc/laptop to access MYBT not app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
