I didn't receive the return bag parcel.

On the 13th of August I applied to send back my bt device, the order track showed that my parcel had arrived on the 15th of August and gave me the parcel number, but when I went to check it it showed that the number was incorrect and I hadn't received any parcel.

Are you waiting for the parcel bag to be sent to you from EE/BT or have you already posted the item back?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send another one out to you.

Yes I asked them for a bag last month. It came within a couple of weeks. You have 60 days to return it so no rush.

Have you encountered a situation where the parcel number is not available? I can't check if my delivery has arrived at the moment.

I tried calling their number but it didn't go through so I thought I'd come here to ask for help

The number he gave me looks like this：4F000000000000000000. This is the wrong format for tracking a parcel.
