Billed for two call plans, is it right?

Hi there. I have a quick question about my bill as it's a while before I'm able to get on the phone and ring support.

I rang up a few weeks ago to cancel an add on to my account, and ended up upgrading my broadband package and call package (as you do). I've just got my new bill that includes the new broadband and call package, but also includes the old call package, so I've paid for two. I've also been charged for the overlap on the new call package since I took out the new package, which I expected.

I've looked through the paperwork, and it doesn't say anything I can see about the call package needing a month's notice or anything, or that it's even stopping. Should I have been charged for the old package, or can I try and get it refunded? Thanks.
