&lt;P&gt;I really want to make sure we can help point you in the right direction for getting this resolved, so I'd like to check over a few details so we can best understand what's happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First of all, are you an existing BT broadband customer with a live connection, or is this a brand new connection you've been trying to set up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also can you please let me know a bit more about the £100 you have been offered, and what this was for?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>BT home essentials</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It has taken me nearly ten months to get Home Essentials.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They wrote me a letter offering me a £100.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now they have started to write to the wrong address in my street.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's no good ringing them as their customer service people only want to do sales and know nothing of this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I don't get this sorted I won't be allowed out of hospital as the mobile signal is so poor in my area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No1 will listen to me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In solidarity&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
