      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to return our BT equipment but do not have access to the BT account (the wifi was set up by a previous tenant). I was wondering if it is possible to request/obtain a returns package without going into the BT account the hub is under?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
