      <description>&lt;P&gt;so i have tried the phone number on hold 30 mins then get cut off try online chat waiting for an adviser for 20 mins no joy tried 3 differant brousers same thing down for maintance&amp;nbsp; so im just going to downgrade my broadband&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are not within your 14 day cooling off period you will incur cancellation fees if you wish to change your present contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If possible you are best to try the online chat first thing when it opens at 7am.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
