Hello community,

My situation is that I pay £89 a month for Wi-Fi, TV package, phone. But in reality I don't watch TV at all, and I don't need a phone at all. Can I keep the Wi-Fi unlimited internet and that's it? And give up TV and phone. And how will this make my life cheaper? If there is a need, you can always watch the BBC app on your TV or device.

I would appreciate any opinion or advice. Thank you for your time.

Good evening,

I definitely need help from the community. It turned out that I pay a lot for something that I don't use at all. I would like to cancel the TV package, phone and keep only broadband with unlimited internet, wi if. In My BT it says that my contact period has ended. Does this mean that I can cancel unnecessary services at any time and will not pay a penalty for early termination?

Thank you for your time

you would need to change your package to broadband only and that will require you to start a new contract with BT. if you are still in fixed term contract then you may have termination charges for cancelling the TV contract

try phoning retentions 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate

As you are out of contract then phone the retention team as I have already suggested and you should be able to move to a broadband only contract
