Old BT bill copy required

I need a copy of my BT bill for 2004

iIdo not have a A/C or the telephone

Only have the address where i used to live & was billed

Can any one help

as this is just a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT I suggest you try CS 03301234150. however I do not hold out any hope you will get a 20 year old bill with no account number or telephone number and only an address

I'm sorry to say this just won't be possible. Per data protection laws no company can hold on to anything like that for more than 2 years so no real point in phoning them or anything they won't be able to help.
