Am I eligible for the BT Home essentials unlimited 67m/bps and unlimited phone package&amp;nbsp;@£33 per month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who do I talk to, where do I go to find the information to downgrade?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re: BT Home Essentials Fibre2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just spent 15 minutes on the phone with a nice lady, apologies forgot to writ her name down. Very helpful, answered her questions, gave my NI Number and a quick check later, contract changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New 12 month home essentials fibre 2 plan £23 per month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New 12 month Phone plan with unlimited calls etc £10 per month&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Plus keep old Number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New contract&amp;nbsp; total cost £33 per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the advice given and the phone number provided. CS 03301234150&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep up the good work &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
