Refund

I cancelled phone and broadband on 11 th July and 3 months payment was taken after this , I have been informed by BT that they owe me £198 but can’t refund it as I still have BT mail, nearly 1 hour on phone yesterday again and they say I may refund late October , not acceptable so made complaint amd got nowhere , if I owed BT nearly £200 I’m sure they wouldn’t wait over 3 months for it , help please

I am sorry you have not had the refund.

Can I just check, did you select a chargeable service with us, such as premium email?

If you did, this would continue to be charged and when cancelled the refund would be on the next months bill for you.

Hi , yes have premium email , my billing is quarterly so will be over 3 months for a refund
