Cancelling BT Broadband and landline - Father in law moved to care home

Hello,

My father in law sadly had to be moved to a care home as he could no longer look after himself due to dementia.

He no longer requires Broadband or landline, I would appreciate assistance on how cancel please.

If you get in touch with our cancellations team on the number listed on this help page they'll be able to look over everything with this and make sure we get the cancellation sorted out.

If you haven't already, you may need to register the power of attorney with us before you can speak with them about this account, and you can find all the details on how to do this on our dedicated POA page.
