How on earth do I sign up for the Home Essentials Broadband online? After inputting my postcode I'm only seeing the 29-36Mbps option for £29.99/month.

Can anyone please provide a link in order to sign up for the Essentials Broadband?

As the essentials package has specific availability based on financial circumstances, this needs to be verified with your national insurance number so only can be ordered by phone.

Rang up and got it all sorted, with an install date arranged.

Was only surprised that it had to be arranged on the phone as I could just have easily given the same information online.
