cancel broadband

i need to cancel my broadband as my landlord has given me a section 21 as he wants to sell up. I havent really got the time to be hanging about calling as i need to be sorting out my situation. Is there a live chat option?

No you have to call cancellations https://www.bt.com/help/account-and-billing/manage-account/thinking-of-leaving-bt if you are still in fixed term contract then there will be early termination penalties depending length of contract remaining

It can only be done by ringing up and selecting the cancellation option.
