Cant claim bt reward card

I have been having trouble claiming my reward card, I've had multiple emails and texts with the link to claim it but it just comes up a blank page when I click the link any one had the same issue know how to fix it?

I'll need to look into this and see what's causing it for you. If all else fails, we should be able to claim it for you.

I can't claim my BT reward I click on my link in the email and it don't show up in my bt account how do I do this

Welcome to the community.

Can you try to click on the link under How to Claim on our BT Reward Cards page, and then login to your My BT account from there to see if you are able to claim that way?

If it is still not giving you an option to claim, please contact our customer service guides who can help you further.
