i paid my bill, they said they service will be unrestricted but its been over 4 hours. No update

its been 4 hours, still no service. How can i run my business?

(b) Just a customer to customer self help forum.

I suggest you call BT but I fear you have unrealistic expectations if you think service would be restored after only 4 hours.

It can take up to 24 hours to get your service un restricted after you have paid your bill.
