Home Phone save plan inc calls to EE?

Anyone with Home Phone Saver Plan, does it include calls to EE numbers? I think its meant to but i'm being charged, do you have to register the mobile numbers or something?

yes, says including EE mobiles but im being charged to call them. has anyone else experienced this?
