    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just realised I have been being charged for several months for the XBOX Game Pass Plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never activated this on my account (I don't even have an Xbox!) &amp;amp; didn't;t even know it existed, &amp;amp; nobody else has access to my MyBt account!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called Bt to ask what date it was activated &amp;amp; how, and also how do I stop it. &amp;nbsp;However, the lady I spoke to was &amp;nbsp;not very helpful, and when she but me on hold she then cut me off &amp;amp; didn't call me back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've googled &amp;amp; figured out how to stop the pass autorenewing, however I am wondering how I go about obtaining a refund for the charges for the pass which I did not activate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Help, Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
