&lt;P&gt;Are you aware if your father has an online BT account? the account number is on the right hand side of the dashboard usually starting with GB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Our customer care team can use a number of ways to search for an account, and you as a third party can report a fault on the line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you give me a contact number please? One that I’ll not have to wait hours to talk to someone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if he doesn’t have an online account what can be done? Someone mentioned BT “going digital” and him “needing a box”. That means nothing to me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
