    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. In mid-July I moved my broadband, TV and mobiles to EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At that time I had 5 mobiles on a Family SIM deal. I migrated 4 to EE and cancelled the 5th SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To cut a long story short I am still being billed for that 5th SIM. I have been assured four times that the SIM has been cancelled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my last called to BT I was told the SIM had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund for the extra month I had been charged. I didn’t receive a refund and instead have been billed for another month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I stop this? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd recommend giving BT customer service a call so that they can take a look into your account and give you a more detailed explanation of when you'll get the refund if the line is already closed.&lt;/P&gt;
