Can't claim Xbox Game Pass or BT Reward Card

Im a new customer and I received a text message to my phone about a week ago stating that I could claim my £50 BT Reward card. However when I chose the option the claim it there is no recognition of this and the web page just takes me back to the start.

This is also happening when I try to redeem my xbox game pass ultimate. The option is there under content partners but when I try to claim it the webpage tells me the site is under maintainence. I tried calling BT and was on hold for 50 Minutes before I was cut off.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can claim any cards.

Hi @Daryl44 Great advice from @gg30340 there, if you're within your 14 day cooling off period, you'll not be able to claim those cards.
