    <description>&lt;P&gt;I e been with bt about 6 weeks took out a new package broadband etc and Netflix. &amp;nbsp; Kit turned up and was plugged in however the engineer didn’t turn up to check it all. &amp;nbsp;Called &amp;nbsp;and was told we wouldn’t need engineer and the money paid would be refunded. &amp;nbsp;All good you’d think but now bt are only taking payment for money for Netflix . &amp;nbsp;Phoned lots of times told it was because engineer hadn’t been etc. &amp;nbsp; not getting anywhere promised it would be sorted promised a call back which hasn’t happened, can’t find a way to complain. &amp;nbsp;I just want to get the billing correct - not sure what to do now other than save the money and pay when they sort themselves out . &amp;nbsp;Any ideas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
