      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reading about the problems renewing I thought I would tell of my experience. My contract was due to end at the beginning of October, I am on FibreHalo3 with speeds c43/18.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When signed in to MyBT I would intermittently get the message “Happy with your current contract, renew”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On renewing a couple of weeks ago I was offered PAYG, Unlimited or keep what I had for the phone. I kept “my anytime calls”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am still with BT and had an unexplained price reduction of about £8.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Further evidence that it's a complete lottery. I can supposedly "renew at the same price" but in reality, they want to charge me&amp;nbsp; an additional £3 for the PAYG service I already have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be moving to another supplier who is offering exactly the same service for £8 less.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
