when was activation date of broadband? you need to wait at least 14 days cooling off period after activation before you can see 'content partners' in MYBT using laptop/pc not app

there are numerous posts like yours if you use forum search facility

Hi I had a email saying I could now access it it's on my app but then I have a message saying its down for maintenance

have you checked the other posts? you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off has passed

Have you been able to speak with our customer service team?

They can raise a webform to request the Game Pass which can take 7 working days.
