    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help, I upgraded my broadband a few months ago &amp;amp; should have received a gift card, I’ve not had an email to claim it. Twice now I’ve been on the bt help chat &amp;amp; I’ve been promised a resolution. Yesterday I was advised to send an email to purecard, which I’ve done but they’ve just sent me back to BT, it’s just going round &amp;amp; round! Any ideas? I’m really annoyed especially as it turned out I ended up paying an extra £3 on top of the upgrade total for digital voice with no way of removing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that you've had trouble getting the reward card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you try to click on the link under How to Claim on our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/" target="_blank"&gt;BT Reward Cards&lt;/A&gt; page, and then login to your My BT account from there to see if you are able to claim that way?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is still not giving you an option to claim, you would need to contact our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt; again so they can look at the correct process for getting the card to you.&lt;/P&gt;
