    <description>&lt;P&gt;BT need to make their wording clearer then when you order it. The confirmation email just said I would receive an email with the activation. Nothing mentioned about a 14 day cooling period.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to Full Fibre 500 yesterday and part of the deal was 6 months free Xbox Ultimate Pass. I haven't received an email or text to activate it and when I go onto my app it says the system is down. Can someone help and send me the link to claim? Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have explned you cannot get code until cooling off has expired. This ir re-itterated in numerous post on the forum. You also need to use pc/laptop to access MYBT and look for content partners not the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
