    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wow, 6 missed appointments!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reminds me of the days of FTTC Managed Installs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think the record I got back then was 13 missed appointments before me and two other Engineers all showed up at the same time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thats why Openreach brought out Fibre 8’s, aka Self Installs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem with FTTP it’s not possible to do that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the 6th time I have had to reschedule because the openreach just never shows up, I am losing work and sleep because of this and it is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
