Hi BT,

I am still yet to revive my £50 Amazon voucher that I was told was on its way to me in an email from July 2023 once my first bill was paid.

Please can someone tell me why this hasn’t been paid as I am disappointed in the level of service from BT.

I am sorry for the delay receiving the £50 Amazon voucher as part of the Refer a Friend scheme you signed up to in July. We'll be able to give you a hand from here.
