BT Rewards

Good afternoon,

I recently switched to BT Broadband and so far good with the service.

However, i haven't received our BT reward card for £50? when i go on the link on the email it doesn't take me to a page to apply - nor have we received anything in the post?

I've looked and cant seem to find a page dedicated to BT rewards on the website.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry that you've had trouble getting the reward card.

Can you try to click on the link under How to Claim on our BT Reward Cards page, and then login to your My BT account from there to see if you are able to claim that way?

If it is still not giving you an option to claim, you would need to contact our customer service guides again so they can look at the correct process for getting the card to you.

Hi Michael,

There's still no option to claim the reward. Where in the Customer service guide will i have to contact, which department will be one who will deal with my case?

If you follow the options for Accounts & Billing, they'll be able to help you. There's also a live chat service on that page that I linked.
