Reward card claim

Have just signed up as new customer. Keep being sent reminders to claim the reward card. The link doesn't work. I can see many people have had the same problem. Surely this should have been sorted by now !? Please help

You need to wait 14 days after your service has been activated.

Thanks for your reply. The email from BT says it can be claimed once the order has been confirmed, which it has. Why do they keep sending reminders if it isn't possible to claim? I will try again after 2 weeks. No need to reply, but I do wish they would sort this out properly.
