Help with "Sorry, you can't order a returns bag"

Hi, I have been actively trying to send my BT equipment back to avoid the hefty £50 charge but I receive the below error and get sent to the returns page for more information.

Sorry, you can't order a returns bag at the moment

The thing is the returns page includes no information on what address to send this to and how to pay for the returns postage etc.

Please help me with this as I've already been charged the fine and wish to have it refunded.
