      <title>Refund on a closed account - why is this not automatic?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I closed my account months ago and BT keep sending my quarterly business bill - which is in credit. Why has it not been auto refunded.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I seems the only way to get it back is to ask. The process of asking is torturous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suspect that if you hadn't cancelled the direct debit, you would indeed have been refunded automatically. I have every time I've switched from away BT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
