Claiming Virtual Reward Card

Dear Sir/Madam, I have received an email telling me to “Claim Your Reward”, but when I click on link and login to MY BT, it is not obvious where I claim the Virtual Reward Card. I’ve looked around and can’t seem to find it. Please Help, thanks, Mark

Welcome to the community.

Can you try to click on the link under How to Claim on our BT Reward Cards page, and then login to your My BT account from there to see if you are able to claim that way?

If it is still not giving you an option to claim, you would need to contact our customer service guides so they can help to get it for you.

Thanks for your email. I use the link, login but where do I go from there? As it’s a freebie, I guess BT are making it very difficult to find, so some clients give up and don’t claim. I will email Customer Services. Thanks, mark
