    <description>&lt;P&gt;the situation is ridiculous&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my contract for Broadband 100 and Big sport TV runs out in two weeks.&lt;BR /&gt;A week ago I called the helpline and cancelled my TV product. Now I want to online upgrade my broadband plan to 300. When I click "upgrade" on the website I get a message that I can't do it because my other order is not completed (the TV cancellation order will be completed in few weeks when I return my TV Box).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to upgrade my contract via the helpline but the prices are much higher and I want the price that if offered to me on myBT online profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to write an e-mail to BT ? The person on helpline wasn't able to give me any advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest sitting tight &amp;amp; seeing what's available around Black Friday. Hopefully the TV cancellation will have completed&amp;nbsp; by then too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
