      <title>Without service - where's my discount</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We were left without service for a week whilst waiting for the engineer, I was told they would discount my bill accordingly. It has not been discounted. How do I get this remedied. Ideally without having to phone anyone, phone calls make me anxious.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
