    <description>&lt;P&gt;It took another week, but I finally received the activation email.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've a feeling BT just hope people will give up and it'll save them a subscription.&amp;nbsp; So keep at them people, if you're entitled to Xbox game pass you should should take it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my BT account a few weeks ago and tried to active my Xbox gamepass ultimate via the content partner page but got the following error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="SonySandy_0-1727190495099.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85563iCB4C37C6B013FC36/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="SonySandy_0-1727190495099.png" alt="SonySandy_0-1727190495099.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reasoned it might be because I'd not received the official joining email yet, and should wait until my first payment was taken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I got the join Xbox game pass ultimate email so thought, hey it must be fixed!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But nope, still getting the error!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has the registration really been down for maintenance for weeks?&amp;nbsp; Or have a fault on my account in some way?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thought I'd update this topic so people know what happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went on the BT chat section as linked by Katie_B.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Had what seemed like a good conversation, BT person said I'd get an email soon after and to follow the link in that email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That was 1 week ago, the email never came!&amp;nbsp; Now I'm going through the whole process again!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One thing I've learned over the years with BT is you never get good service on the first contact,&amp;nbsp; its always when you contact to complain that stuff gets done!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
