Remove NOW TV Movies

I'd like to remove NOW TV movies from my account as I rarely use it but would be interested if I could get the movies in 4K

However whenever I try and remove the add on using the BT app I just get redirected to a page that just loops round and never loads...

Hi @apuk2004,

Does removing the add-on work if logging in to MyBT via a browser rather than the app? Or if you clear the app cache or re-install it?

Reinstalled the app and tried in a private browser...no difference.

If it's OK for others then must be my account. Do I need to call 150?

@apuk2004 Thanks for trying, yeah I would recommend giving us a call on 150 from your BT Mobile or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone and one of our guides can help remove the Now TV Movies add-on for you. They can also help check there are no issues with your online account setup that would be causing the issue you have.
