      <title>Linking accounts failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two separate BT broadband accounts that I have tried to link under one account as instructed by a BT operative. However, when I attempt to add the additional account I am met with the following error message&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'We are not able to add this account to My profile. Please contact us for further help'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this be resolved?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
