System down and cant activate Xbox game pass Ultimate

hi there hope someone can help. i upgraded my broadband the other day and then received an email saying i was entitled to 12 months free Xbox Game pass ultimate. i'm following the instructions as per email and keep getting a error when going through to finalise it saying about the system being down. This has been going on for 3 days now. Anybody any idea how to go about claiming this offer.

You have to ring the number and speak to support. They will raise a form to send to Microsoft. Good luck.

Thanks tried it twice today already but will try again tomorrow. Hopefully get it sorted
