I have searched the community about this.

I’ve been trying to activate my free Xbox ultimate game pass but like many others, but all I get Is

The system Is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling a number.

if you read forum posts has your cooling off period passed after activation

I signed up more than six moths ago, so YES! I'm past the cooling off period.

I just want to know how do you get my free Xbox ultimate game pass, I did try the number but I got no where.

If you've been connected for that long and still not been able to claim the Game Pass, please contact our Account and Billing guides for help.

They'll be able to access your account and chase it up for you so that you have the code within 7 working days.
