&lt;P&gt;For the Xbox Game Pass, they would have sent a webform to the relevant team, and you'll hear back on that within 7 working days. If you don't hear anything at that point, please let us know.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For your online account, if an old account needs to be removed, it would need to be something that is handled by our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt" target="_blank"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt;. The best thing I can suggest would be to get in touch again and let them know that you need to remove the old account from your MyBT access and they'll take a look at the account settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have an email saying to redeem my xbox game pass ultimate subscription but i have no way of doing this due to an old account and need help removing the old account, or BT could put a button to say MAKE THIS MY MAIN ACCOUNT on the drop down menu.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can see the account which has the broadband but it always defaults back to an old account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We got through yesterday, but they had no clue. They kept saying we'll get someone to get you a code and just ignored the main part of the query.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just need my BB account to be the main account, honestly can't believe&amp;nbsp; there's not an option somewhere just to "make this my main account".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
